At our company, it is our first priority to secure the safety of our customers/staff and stop the spread of the virus along with the continuance of our services. On April 7th 2020, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency in regards to the New Corona Virus and we are keen on taking additional steps to ensure safety and stop the spread. Emergency Proclamation Period: April 9th 2020 – May 5th 2020 Preventative Measures: 1) We urge our employees and customers to conduct contract procedures remotely (non face-to-face). 2) A certain number of our staff will be working home-based and/or practicing staggered working hours. 3) In some cases, if it not an urgent matter we may delay maintenance, repairs, etc. until after the emergency state ends.
